With buyers we get as much information as possible about their likes and dislikes then we start looking for the perfect home. When we find what we think will work we schedule a day with the buyer to start looking at what we've found for them. Some buyers prefer to look by themselves then call us to go with them to see the inside of the home. We work with the buyers any way that is most comfortable for them.
For the home sellers we work as a team with the seller. We are then in the same business and that is to sell a house, there house! We want the home to sell as much as the seller does. This means that it is important that our advice is follow! We want your home to outshine all the other homes in the price range that yours will be in.
If your thinking about having a home built we know a number of outstanding builders that we can refer to you. We have been working with custom builders for a number of years and definately know a good builder from a bad one.
