 clients find homes best suited to their needs and wants -- without sales pressure.  Greg genuinely wants each client to be
 satisfied with the process and outcome of their real estate transaction.He believes in telling his clients the truth about a home
 they might be interested in, offering his opinion as both a licensed general contractor and a Realtor.  Using his excellent 
negotiation skills, Greg makes certain that his clients receive the most for their time and money.  He is proactive and goes out
 of his way to keep problems and stresses to a minimum.  Greg's way of doing business is clearly a success as illustrated by a
 repeat and referral rate greater than 50%.  Outside of real estate, Greg is a SCUBA instructor and a member of PADI (Professional
 Association of Diving Instructors).He is also a pilot and a member of AOPA (Aircraft Owners and Pilots Association).  He and his wife recently had their third child, Caroline Gillespie.  
Greg also enjoys coaching youth soccer, gardening, and volunteering for the Children's Miracle Network and the Western Wake
Crisis Ministry.
