Lang LogoThe unique combination of Real Estate and Interior Design come naturally to me.  My father was a successful South Florida Real Estate Broker and my mother an Interior Designer in partnership with my sister.  So when it was time for me to add a new spin on 20 years of real estate the idea of combing both interior design and real estate sales came quite naturally.  When representing Sellers I offer my service as a complimentary service to assist in selling their home as quickly as possible.  A well groomed home -- with its best foot forward has proven to be successful.   I enjoy the ability to offer my customers the added benefit of my interior design skills to ready their home for a sale or when working with buyers who may not have the ability to envision how the property could look.  From a listing agents point of view, my trained eye can help turn streamline their home into a welcoming experience for home buying prospects.  I believe we need to capture the buyers attention from the street with appealing curb appeal. Let's get the buyer excited about what's inside before the front door is open.    I counsel my Sellers on the difference between 'living' in their home and 'selling' their home -- two completely different things.    An agent generally advises a Seller of the need to pick up, clean, mulch or plant some flowers and although that is helpful information,  there is much more that can be done to sell your home in the shortest amount of time for the most amount of money.  A savvy Buyer is making mental notes as they walk through your home and how it is 'staged' makes a difference between a 'look' and an 'offer'.
