While living in the lower Hudson Valley in Monroe, NY, while working for Prudential Empire Realtors of Washingtonville, NY, I had the pleasure to serve on the Rolling Hills Condominium Associations' Board of Directors. 4 years as President and 2 as Recording Secretary. This experience gives me intimate knowledge of the rules and regulations concerning condominiums. Prior to embarking on my Real Estate Career, I spent 12+years working in Sales and Marketing for several Major American and Japaneese Corporations in NYC and New Jersey.
