About Ginni

I love my job...wow how many people can truly say that.  Life is way too short not to.  I was in a good paying job that I hated, they had complete control over my life.  When they decided they could tell me when and when I could not take my child to the Dr. I knew it was time to move on.

I love people, working with people from all over the country is awesome.

What sets me apart?  Its hard to say because everyone in my office are such good agents.

I will tell you that I am eager to learn new things, meet new people, AND I am not afraid of work.  If I don't know it I will admit it but I will find it out and get back with you.

Areas of Expertise

Firt time home buyers are my favorite.  Not only do you need to know their likes and dislikes, you just need to get to know who they are.  Once you know this I find it is great fun to find them their very first home.

When listing a home I like to talk to both the husband and wife and find what each of them truly loved.  What brought them to buy this home.  What makes  it home for them.  Now I can use this information to find the new home owners.
