I was one of the first to become a licensed New Jersey home inspector and have completed almost ten-thousand South Jersey home inspections. Our corporate office gives us opportunities for continuous learning and growth. My background and drive allows my clients to receive one of the most thorough inspections in the industry.

EXPERIENCE COUNTS

My qualifications include twenty years of home and commercial building inspection experience preceded by a ten year construction background.  Further, I am a New Jersey Licensed Home Inspector (#24GI00011800), a New Jersey Licensed Building Inspector (RCS) and a New Jersey Licensed Radon Measurement Technician.  I have been a certified member of the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI) since 1992.  National Property Inspections, Inc. has recognized myself as a top inspector and presented me with a president's circle award seven-times.

"Although I have purchased a home in the past, I don't recall having an inspection done. So your visit to my home this June was my first experience with the home inspection process. Since that time, I have had some experiences by which to measure your performance.  After your inspection, I wanted a more detailed analysis of the structure, so I hired a structural engineer (who also happens to do home inspections). I requested specific information on specific parts of the structure. After about four weeks and several phone calls, I got the report.  It did not contain most of the information that I requested. Furthermore, the most important information that I needed was missing. Then, it took more weeks and phone calls to get a follow-up conversation. A friend of mine had a home inspection done about the same time that I did, and I saw the report. Both that report and the structural report were inferior to yours. The reason that I am telling you all this is because my experience has made me appreciate what an outstanding job you did for me. Both the initial inspection and a follow-up meeting that I requested were scheduled in a timely manner, and your report was delivered when you said it would be. Not only were you responsive, but your report was both substantive and well-presented. Home inspections are by nature not exhaustive, due to obvious time and physical restrictions.
