I am Broker licensed in both California and Hawaii. In addition I am a licensed manufactured and modular home dealer. I work all over the Santa Cruz, Monterey Bay, and San Francisco Bay areas. I am also associated with a loan company and can be your one stop shop for best overall service.
I have been involved in sales, property management and worked as a professional investor for a great portion of my life. A large portion of my investment career was spent as an options trader on the floor of a major stock exchange making markets in complex derivative instruments.
