- Over the years I have helped many first time buyers, move up buyers and down-scaling retirees. As a listing agent I have excelled in helping my clients sell for maximum value in minimum time.
Credentials:
I began my work-life as a mechanic in training at a marina in northern Minnesota. Once out of college and out of the military I became involved in the construction industry as a plumber, then carpenter and finally managed my own construction company.
In 1985 I took the courses and became a licensed REALTOR® with a Century-21 franchise. By the end of 1987 I had moved to Seattle and in 1988 I joined Lake and Company Real Estate and knew at once it was a great place to work.
My past experience in mechanics and construction has been a help to hundreds of buyers and sellers in realizing their real estate ambitions. Perhaps I can help you, too.

Areas of Expertise
The Lake and Company office is located on the north shore of Green Lake. I was new to Seattle in 1988 when I started here and gradually have expanded my area of expertise. I'm familiar with all of Seattle's north end neighborhoods including the Shoreline, Lake Forest Park area of King County as well as the Southern areas of Snohomish County.
I've worked with the buyers and sellers of condominiums in the downtown core as well as Capitol Hill, Madison, Mount Baker and Seward Park. West Seattle is no stranger to me either.
The extremes I've gone to include Everett on the north Kent on the south and Snoqualmie to the east. I have ventured to the far west and helped a client buy an ocean front property in West Port.
Real Estate is my full time and only job since 1985 and I thoroughly enjoy helping people with their real estate needs. Call me anytime.
