My name is Brian Nordstrom, I have not yet met Todd or Danielle face to face, all our correspondence has been by e-mail and telephone. In 2007 I wanted to sell my house in Edmonton. At the time houses were selling very slow. Todd answered my advertizement and asked if he could assume the mortgage. To make a long story short, he did assume the mortgage, everything was done by e-mail or telephone.
