About Gloria:

Have you ever felt that your Realtor wasn't listening?
Or didn't have your interests at heart?

Gloria understands that your home purchase will probably be the single most important investment of your life -- and she treats it as such. Her knowledge of the area combined with ethical business practices and a commitment to detail mean that her clients go to the closing table with no surprises.

A veteran at moving, having traveled across the country and Europe 33 times at the least. The states she has called home include New York, California and New Jersey. The countries she has called home include France and Austria.

Being keenly aware of the frustrations that can come when moving to a new city or new home she is committed to helping families move across oceans, countries and states with as much ease as someone moving across town!

She began her Real Estate career first as a mortgage loan originator, then she decided that having a Real Estate license will help further her career so she sat for her license in 1987. Later she became a Realtor's assistant and then moved on to become the Marketing/Advertising Director for a Real Estate company with 5 offices. Once she became familiar with the business from the back end, she took a leap of faith and moved over to Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage a nationally-recognized leader in the real estate industry. Since then there is no turning back. Gloria has successsfully helped families achieve the "American Dream" in Monmouth and Ocean counties, New Jersey.

2007 Gloria believes in continuing education so she went for her Broker's License in September of 2006 and passed her exam in April of 2007.

2006 has been an exceptional year for Gloria in sales and marketing. Gloria attende Howard Britton Star Power conference to learn and implement NEW ideas and technology for her services. She even starred in the showwith Star and Howard Britton.

She held her first Annual Client Appreciation Party and what fun that was.

2004 and 2005 have ushered in very good years for Gloria and "her people" as she affectionately calls them.

2003 was a difficult personal year for Gloria because her mother passed away, and she had to go overseas to Vienna, Austria. Even during her time of need Gloria was able to find a silver lining in her dark cloud. As a result of her selling her mother's property she was invited to lecture at the University of Vienna to local realtors, management and corporate entities involved in real estate. The subject in discussion was the differences of real estate practices in Europe versus the United States. She has been asked to return and lecture at the University on the subject on an on going basis.

While New Jersey currently does not require real estate agents to get continuing education credits, Gloria has been actively pursuing continuing education.

She's earned:
Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS) designation.  The CIPS Network is comprised of 1,500 real estate professionals who deal in all types of real estate, with one common element: they are focused specifically on the "international" market...(

"E-pro" designation for being a technology driven realtor yet not losing that personal touch in today's fast paced market, (

In 2006  Gloria has taken on the monumental task of studying and preparing to take her Broker's license test in 2007. This license will enable her to manage a real estate office or to open up her own office or continue what she is doing - selling and marking real estate.

She is also  sitting for her Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) Designation. To earn this designation , every REALTOR must have significant experience and demonstrate volume of real estate transactions or gross sales, as well as complete rigorous educational requirements and includes a strong focus on technology and its applications in the real estate business.Top 4 Percent of all licensed Realtors are Certified Residential Specialists.

    Testimonials

Hi Gloria,    You have been extremely thorough thru the entire process of our home purchase.  Your professionalism made it move along smoothly without any confusion or concerns.
Thank you for going above and beyond and making the whole procedure pleasant.
      Sincerely Demetrios and Rosangela

Gloria is one of the most professional Realtors I have ever had the pleasure of working with. While living in Colorado but needing a Realtor in the NJ area I interviewed several Realtors before I was lucky enough to find Gloria. I had a relative who wanted to sell her home and I was looking for someone who would treat her as if she were her own family, a Realtor who would work for her the way I would. Gloria was exactly what I was looking for. She has a wonderful way about her, understanding her market and the needs of her clients naturally. She is everything I hoped she would be and more. I am happy to call her a friend as well as a colleague and would recommend her to anyone seeking the absolute best in the Real Estate world. She comes with my endorsement behind her 100%. Her list of talents and her sincerity, honesty, integrity and top notch skills are what put her in a league of her own. November 1, 2006

    Dear Gloria
Thank you. You did a great job in representing us in the sales of our Fair Haven house.
We were especially impressed with your ability to successfully market the house at a time in the market where there are more homes for sale than there are home buyers, and you were able to get an excelllent price for us!
Eileen and I have bought and sold many houses and we have dealt with many real estate brokers. You are the best! You worked very hard, with creative approaches for attracting buyers and were always available, night and day. You do it all - online promotions, print advertising, colorful mailings, open houses sfor brokers and buyers, ideas on how to show off the house at its best advantage and a very upscale "For Sale" sign. Peopl are still asking us what "Reserved" means.
The most important contribution you made to our success was your clear and honest advice. Your experience, intelligence and integrity showed through in every conversation and every negotiation. It truly was a pleasure dealing with you. You turned a potentially disagreeable process into one we will always fondly remember.
