Areas of Expertise

I have worked with several buyers and sellers.  I would say my expertise is with First Time home buyers but have had some success with repeat buyers.  I have worked with individuals that have relocated to the area.  Most of experience has been in Residential Real Estate but have worked on commercial deals as well.

My Story: 

I graduated from Wilmington College where I play college soccer.  I was named captain my senior year as well as my conference player of the year.  The experience of working as a member of a Team as well as the leadership skills that I learned are critical to my success.  I spent 7 years after college coaching youth soccer to try to pass on these atributes to kids.

In college I was member of the Business Club where I competed in a National Marketing Competition. I joined the Gamma Phi Gamma Fraternity will in college as well. 

I spent several years after college working as an accountant for a couple different companies.  Three years ago I decided to get my Real Estate License.  I fell in love with the profession and decided it was time to make a career change.

I have 2 kids, a five year old daughter and a 2 year old son.  When I am not working, I am usually spending time with my family.
