Prior to entering the real estate business, Jason was in retail sales for 22 years. Starting as has insurance agent salesman in 1981, he has sold numerous products and trained hundreds of salesmen in retail sales. In 1989, Jason managed the number one Mitsubishi sales team in the US. In 1993, he teamed up with Lifestyle Furniture was directly responsible for opening and developing sales departments for their chain of furniture stores. Together in 2004, after attending their first real estate basic training, Jason and his wife Tricia, started GoBelly Inc. (www.gobelly.com)
Within their first 2 1\2 years in the business, Jason and Tricia, through GoBelly Inc, had gained control of over 2 dozen properties, valued at over 5 million dollars with equity of over a million dollars.
He has extensive experience in real estate, sales, marketing, management, training, motivation and starting a business from the ground up. Through his real estate business he has purchased property with no money down, received cash back at closing, has bought notes and holds paper. He has done leases options, foreclosure deals, assignments, flips, fixers and more.
