- Attention to detail - The buying and selling process can be complicated. You need someone who will pay attention to the details so that you have a seamless transaction.
- Actively Listening - This one is probably obvious, but sometimes gets overlooked. You need someone who hears what you want or need out of a transaction, especially if you have a unique situation. I will hear you and put the information I get from you to your advantage.
- Following Through and Keeping Promises - Promises are no good if the person doesn't keep them. I am a great agent because I won't promise anything that I can't do, so you know what you're getting at our first meeting.
- Caring and Showing Respect - Every client is an individual and I prefer to get to know you a little bit so I can best meet your needs. Even if our ideas differ, I will always show you respect and will allow YOU to make your own decisions regarding your real estate transaction.
- Availability - I answer my phone and email. If, for some reason, I am unavailable when you call I will return your call promptly (within a couple of hours usually - within that same day if you leave a message asking me to gather some additional information for you).
- Market Expertise - I have lived in Tucson for 14 years and I know the area. However, markets change frequently. I always keep track of the specific market that my clients are in throughout the entire process. I will include YOU by emailing you updates as I get them. In the real estate transaction, I am not the decision-maker, but rather, my job is to give you the information that you need so that YOU can make wise decisions specific to your circumstances.

Buyers - Prior to becoming a real estate agent, I worked in the mortgage industry. The things I learned there are to your benefit. I am very familiar with the entire mortgage process from start to finish and am comfortable with alternative financing that is available. This helps me serve you as my buyer because you can rest assured that I will bring to your attention anything that seems out of place. I love working with home buyers, especially first time home buyers because this is such an exciting event and I enjoy being able to turn a potentially overwhelming experience into a rewarding, enjoyable one for you.

I work diligently to provide information to you as my seller to help you make informed choices.
