Real estate is my passion.  Working with buyers and sellers; investors and home buyers; teaching new agents; creating new programs...I love it all!

Creativity and looking for the benefits in a transaction while meeting the client's needs is my favorite part of the business.  Negotiating a transaction to the 'sold' sign is paramount!  I have a strong team of sales associates; lenders; title people and service people.  Having the right team is also one of the most essential ingredients for success!

33 years in real estate has gained my respect for the power and influence this business offers.  Assisting people in achieving their goals is my legacy, my joy.  I have such a committment to real estate.  I accept the responsibility given to me by my customers and clients....it's the greatest job in the world!

Areas of Expertise

I grew up in the investment world of exchange meetings and clubs.  My early career was primarily devoted to income producing investments (apartment buildings; shopping centers; commercial).  When I moved to Idaho in the late 80's my experience expanded to....farms; ranches; residential; investments and the whole gamete of the real estate field.

I am now the Broker/Owner of Gold Star Realty, Inc.  a full service real estate company which deals in all aspects of real estate.  We love it all!  We do it all!  We welcome it all!  We have very high goals and service ethic!

I am an author and State Certified Instructor for Realtors.
