About Us:

I was first licensed as a real estate agent in 1979.  I was only able to practice this career on a part time basis as I was also a full time law enforcement officer.  As my law enforcement career advanced I finally had to choose between them.  Law Enforcement became my only career.  Upon my retirement I was able to accomplish another dream.  My wife and I purchased a motel in the Upper Peninsula and we settled in as business owners.  It wasn't long and, she pretty much, took over the management of our motel giving me the time to again pursue becoming relicensed as a real estate agent.  That was accomplished in 2002 and it has become a totally enjoyable experience.  Some of the most gorgeous property in the world is in the Upper Peninsula and bringing buyers and sellers together up here is nothing short of fantastic!  My current desiginations are, Associate Broker/Manager, GRI, ABR, and e-PRO 

I am also about to accomplish another dream.  I am currently a pilot in training.  Very soon I will be giving my customers the option of viewing property from the air.....

I have listed and sold all types of real estate but totally enjoy the commercial side of real estate.  Probably because of previously owning other businesses and currently own a motel in the St. Ignace, Michigan area., I have sucessfully brought several new motel owners and sellers together within the last few years.
