Purchase homes and/or properties on the market and completed remodeling, interior layout and design.  Worked with home/landowner on building specifics.  Hired and scheduled all subcontractors and trades for timely completion.  Supervised a total of two to 10 people at any given time.  Followed detailed plans and budget requirements ranging from $10,000 to $300,000.  Managed and coordinated large scale demolishing and rebuilds.  Coordinated schedules with banks, real estate brokers, general contractors and sub contractors.  Secured property and financing with bank representatives.  Finalized plans with general contractors to secure permits.  Job lengths depended on job size. 

2000 - 2007     Integrated Credit Network LLC/Global Credit Corporation                                    Scottsdale, AZ

Founder, Board Member & Director of Sales

 

Established, developed and facilitated the complete company start-up.  Presented the application to the Arizona Department of Financial Institutions (State Banking Department) for collection agency license.  Formed management team of four members, advisory board of six additional members and a board of directors consisting of four people--an attorney, a director of collections, a CPA and myself.  Managed all sales and operational related activities.  Started from zero and built to over $1,000,000 in gross revenue.  Supervised a small sales staff of three individuals.  Built client base to over 600, adding approximately two new clients per week.  Developed our own proprietary software and used Accurint.  Self taught in quickbooks.  Responsible for all procurement, IT, HR and administrative tasks for business.  A complete business plan with an exit strategy was developed and executed.  Contracted with several law firms to complete operations.  Personally managed approximately 50 to 70 lawsuits on a monthly basis.  Handled all negotiations for settlements with mediation and arbitration.  Represented business in court of law when necessary.  FDCPA guidelines strictly adhered to.  Positioned company for acquisition by larger firm completed December of 2007.

Looking for a Great Deal I also help buyers of all types including first time to the seasoned investor.  Well known for the eye in the market for that smokin' deal.  Nearly all of my clients have have instant equity upon close. I have many years experience dealing with lenders and  with loss mitigation.  This comes form the S&L challange back in the early 90's (The RTC) to todays crazy bank porblems.  I have handled and facilitated many deals for people relocationg to Arizona and for those looking for a winter home.
