How does one describe themself? For me that is very difficult, especially in PRINT form. So I asked How, and I was told..."Don't be shy tell others why they should call you..." Here's just a bit about me -- so if you want to know me better read on.
I've been married to a High School teacher for 28 years. He teaches at James Logan High School in Union City. He also coaches Freshman Football and is the Varsity Baseball Head Coach. This year, 2008 he was inducted into the California Baseball Hall of Fame. A huge honor.
I have 5 kids- yes an entire handful. The best thing is they are growing up and moving out. I love my kids, and I've waited a long time for them to be old enough for me to follow my heart and pursue my dream of selling Real Estate. I've always wanted to sell Real Estate, but just knew I couldn't when my kids were little.
Quicky on the kids -- Tyler, 23, stationed at Kirtland Air Force Base, graduate United States Air Force Academy. He's an avid golfer and set tons of records playing D1 Golf for the Falcons.
Son #2, Logan, 20 attends college at the University of Hawaii, Hilo. What a great place to go to college, especially if you are a golfer. The courses he's played over the past 2 years. He was the PacWest Freshman Golfer of the Year in 2007, and made All League in the PacWest this year. He has been Team Captain for the Vulcans for the past 2 years.
Riley, 17 will be a Senior at Merrill West High School He is passionate about baseball, and is looking forward to an awesome Senior year and the many opportunities that will present themselves to him.
Shane, 14, a Freshman at Merrill West High School is a history and military nut. He loves Air Soft guns, playing espinage video games. He's played his share of sports, but his passion for history has led him to concentrate on his grades.
Juliana, 11, is the only girl - and we adopted her from St. Petersburg, Russia when she was a baby. She loves life, is an extremely talented artist. Horses, pets of any kind, the phone and friends are what drives her to be incredible.
So you see, I'm not all that busy anymore and my children are what has led me to be so involved in the community. This community will be left to the children of today, and I want Tracy to be the best it can be.

I've watched Tracy, CA grow fast in the past 14 years. Mountain House is a result of that growth. When you are shopping for a REALTOR, someone who lives in the area, knows the area, has raised thier children in the area is a wonderful thing. Why pick a REALTOR that lives in another county?
Tracy, CA has been a wonderful place to raise my family, and I don't for a minute regret moving her fromt the Bay Area.

I specialize in Tracy. Mt.House, Banta and surrounding valley areas. This is a great place to live. We are diverse, have lots of affordable housing for first time buyers. Northern California is a very expensive area to live and many families who relocate to Northern California choose the Tracy area due to it's small town feel and affordable living.

Susan took me to look at neighborhoods for hours. We drove from community to community. Susan knew I wouldn't be moving to the area for 4 - 6 weeks. She explained a lot of what we saw might not be available when I was ready to make an offer. Not once did she make me feel like I was wasting her time. Susan provided me with email updates on the market. She didn't call daily, she didn't nag or perster me. She left me to make a decision on my own. 6 weeks later, I called Susan, said I was ready. Again we went out, this time we limited our shopping to the community of Tracy. 20 houses later, she asked, " Did we see your perfect home? Is so we need to make an offer." Believe it or not, I called Susan after my home had been listed with another agent for 120 days. I was one month from foreclosure proceedings. I live out of state and chose Susan based solely on her web site. She verified I was no longer in contract, faxed me a listing contract and I was on the market. My home sold in 28 days. Susan was honest wth me about the price (I needed to drop my price). We sold for $4000 less than listing price, and the bank didn't foreclose on my property. FD in Illinois.
