I spent 15 years in sales management with a Fortune 100 financial services company before entering real estate leasing in 1997. Recognized each year in the business as an Outstanding Achiever by the Chicago Association of Realtors, I list, sell and close on average more than a million dollars a month every month. As a Buyers Agent I am committed to being a client's advocate and am backed by an extensive referral base and an exacting knowledge of the Northside Chicago housing market.
While I've been a Chicago Realtor since the year 2000 (and a licensed leasing agent for three years prior to that), I was initially a real estate consumer. I purchased my first property in the mid-1980s and have personally bought, sold and negotiated all sorts of residential and investment properties through a myriad of real estate climates. I close over a million a month, every month in buy-side transactions and half again that much as a Listing Agent. If its new and on the Northside of Chicago, I've seen, shown it or sold it. The brokerage I work at, Chicago Home Estates, is a boutique office with 25 agents located in the Lincoln Park neighborhood of Chicago. My local blog, Chicago's Home Weblog is a primary source of my content posted on ActiveRain. If you feel your blog is compatable with mine you may request Linkage in the comment section of any of my postings.
Areas of Expertise
As a Buyers Agent I look at property everyday. With an average closed sales volume of over $500,000 per unit, I speciallize in new construction condominiums, the acquisition of the land they get built on, and the resale listings (as a Listing Agent) of the people purchasing them. Approximately 25% of my annual volume consists of single family homes, 25% land and investment properties, and 50% condominiums. Also, 20% of this business comes from out-of-town or relocation buyers. The remainder come from 'organic' sources such as referrals, internet communication, and open houses.
I am experienced in all aspects of negotiation and delivery, from the initial property search, through all stages of due diligence, to the final requirements for closing. Placing in the top 2% of all Realtors nationally each year I, along with other Chicago Home Estates associates rank among the highest producing agents in the industry.
Specializing in condominiums, luxury single family homes, townhomes & lofts in Andersonville, Albany Park, Avondale, Bowmanville, Bridgeport, Bucktown, Budlong Woods, Buena Park, East Village, Edgebrook, Edgewater, Edgewater Glen, Edison Park, Garfield Park, Gold Coast, Graceland, Greektown, Hollywood Park, Humbolt Park, Hyde Park, Irving Park, Jefferson Park, Kenwood, Lake Meadows, Lakeview, Lakewood-Balmoral, Lawndale, Lincoln Park, Lincoln Square, Little Italy, Little Village, Logan Square, Mayfair, Near North, Noble Square, North Center, North Edgebrook, Norwood, Oakland, Old Irving, Old Town, Peterson Park, Pilsen, Portage Park, Prairie Shores, Printers Row, Ravenswood, River North, River West, Rogers Park, Roscoe Village, Sauganaush, Sheridan Park, Southport Corridor, South Edgebrook, South Loop, South Shore, Streeterville, Tri Taylor, Ukrainian Village, University Village, Uptown, West Loop, West Rogers Park, Wicker Park, Woodlawn, Wrigleyville & all other neighborhoods of Chicago.
I keep an extensive and recent list of past and present client references available on request.
WHAT I THINK
"It's the team approach to marketing property and the overall Chicago Home Estates philosophy that sets us aside from other Realtors. In the fast and competitive world of Chicago real estate, simple representation is not enough-you must be an advocate for the client..." GP
