About Us:

I have been in the real estate business for over 10 years and I enjoy everyday of my career.  I love helping buyers purchase their first homes or upgrading to a bigger and better place.  The expression on their face when they find the home of their dreams is exciting.  It's even more exciting when they move in and love where they are at.  Working with sellers is also exciting as they are selling for different reasons such as a job transfer, or upgrading or the empty nest syndrome and need something smaller.  I find being available at all times is what my customers like about me and my work ethics of suggesting what house would be best as far as location, price, resale and other factors.

Areas of Expertise

My expertise is mostly working with buyers and promoting and selling my husbands custom built homes.  Most of my buyers are relocating to Las Cruces so I spend a lot of time showing them around town, the different subdivisions, restaurants and areas of interest such as Old Town Mesilla, Stahmann Farms, White Sands, Elephant Butte and Ruidoso.
