I confess... I am from California but I moved to the beautiful state of Colorado in 2006. Colorado has a certain appeal that is a mix of big city meets down home with a splash of "I love life" mentality. From the beautiful Rockies, lakes and trails to the quaint little "Old Town" each city has, Colorado has its special appeal. One day its snowing and the next the sun is bouncing off the snow. I can not imagine life anywhere else now. That is why I am excited to work with Buyers who are considering relocating to this state. I know the appeal it has to someone who has never lived here before. I enjoy working with those Buyers seeking relocation to Colorado and making this state their new home. Rebuilding after a devastating event

The other area close to my heart is for the people who are trying to rebuild their lives after a devastating event. So many people have lost homes and jobs and feel like they can never be a homeowner again or for many many years. But there are so many programs out there that could possibly make that dream come true much sooner than they expected. With the USDA Rural Development loans to the CHFA programs there is hope out there. First time home buyers with no down programs, section 8 assistance, HUD homes - the possibilities are limitless.
