Graclyn J. Goldstein has from 1994 to 2005 developed over 26 Schlotzsky's Deli Restaurant here in North Carolina. As the exclusive area developer for North Carolina she completed demographic profiles, negotiated letters of intent, negotiated purchase contract, reviewed building plans; facilitated the planning review processes; expedited building permits, supervised construction; ordered and reviewed appraisals and expedited certificate of occupancy.
