My primary area of activity is the Brazos Valley including Brazos County, Burleson, Robertson and Grimes counties. Residencial, Ranches, Land.

Who I am

My background has always been service and sales, from the travel industry and promoting in the recording industry. But my love has always been real estate, and I  make the most of every minute of it.  I am very self motivated and work very hard at finding the answers that are required in any transaction.  Good service is not a very hard thing to accomplish, it is being accessible, and listening with genuine interest, because if you communicate in those terms, you will always know your clients needs, and meet them in a timely basis.  I beleive it only takes 1 degree more to make a major difference.

I have traveled and lived in a number of different countries.  I learned a lot about people, and enjoy meeting people from all cultural backgrounds.  Since moving into the Bryan/College Station area, and it's association with Texas A&M University, I have watched as the demographics have changed to included a whole new population of families and students from all over the world.

What I do

My primary area of expertise is residendial, both resale and newbuild homes with additional experience in Ranches, land, and Resturants.  I have received both my ABR (acredited Buyers Rep), CRS (Certified Residential Specialist), less than 4% of all Realtors have this designation. and have been certified as an ASP (Accredited Home Stager) and a New Homes Sales Specialist.  I beleive that continueing education is a duty for all Realtors, and I take every opportunity I get, to learn how to help my clients better.  I love the first time home buyer, it is such a wonderful thing to be a tool in making a dream come true.   Working with people relocating to our area, gives me the opportunity to join in their adventure of new discoveries.
