Hi There,

I work in a buzy Real Estate Office in Napier,Hawkes Bay in New Zealand (North Island) as Branch Manager of 14 Sales staff and also a 4 strong Commercial division and i have had a total of 18 years selling Real Estate, i started at age 23 and had a 5 year break at age 28, during that time i travelleld all over New Zealand selling Musical Insruments to Music REtail Stores loved the job as i am a musician as well BUT my wife didn't like me away from home 120 nights per year - Can't blame her for that either. Napier is well known world wide as the Art Deco Capital as Napier City was levelled in 1931 by a devastating earthquake measuring over 7 on the Ricter scale so that is why we have numerous Art Deco style buildings and Houses too - Napier has a population of approx 65,000 people and is a fantastic city and entertains many tourists
