About Us:
The Winn Team specializes in new homes on the west side of Huntsville. This includes Madison, East Limestone, Athens, and Huntsville. We help represent two subdivisions, The Arbors and Legacy Grove, in the East Limestone / Madison / Athens area.
I have a Masters in Computer Science from UAH and have been a Vice President in one the area's largest software companies. I have been active (but part time) in the building industry for the past 14 years. I am very familar with the details of the home building process and the area. I pay careful attention to details and I enjoy dealing with detailed people.

The Winn Team specializes in Real Estate in the Madison and East Limestone area. We have lived in this area since 1984 and can help you find or build your dream home in this area.
We work closely with two builders EMW Construction, Inc. and Sides Construction, Inc. My wife Patricia is their home design specialist and can work with you on customizing our home plans to fit your exact needs.
Subdivisions
RE/MAX Legacy represents two subdivisions in the East Limestone Madison Area:
The Arbors is a subdivision with homes starting in the 160's. The subdivision is curb and gutter, underground utilities, natural gas, sidewalks on both sides and street lights. Directions: From Huntsville on Highway 72 turn South on Mooresville Road, East on Newby Road, and subdivision will be 1 mile down on the North side of the road.
Legacy Grove is a large subdivision with homes starting in the low 200's. The subdivision has a clubhouse, pool, tennis courts, playground, curb and gutter, county sewer system, natural gass, sideswalks on both sides, street lights. Directions: From Huntsville on Highway 72 turn South on Mooresville road. The subdivision will be to the east.
