The idea of GreenLife Homes began with its founding father, Joshua L. Rupp. Josh began his career in the building trades in high school and has been involved in countless projects for nearly a decade. Since then, his work has gained the attention of local industry leaders.
Josh has an extensive background in precise carpentry work and has won numerous awards such as the Home Builders Association “Golden Hammer Award” for excellence, leadership and mastery in his field. He has worked on countless residential projects along Lake Michigan’s shoreline and has managed numerous home construction projects all the way from design to completion.
Not only has Josh honed his skills in the field, but he has also taken advantage of college and industry educational opportunities both in construction management and architectural development. He has belonged to a number of professional and industry groups.
Josh is passionate about building sustainable, healthy homes not only to benefit today’s home-buyer, but also future generations: The homes of tomorrow, today.
Josh understands the need for a change in the home building industry but he respects the paths paved before him and the craftsmanship of days gone by.
Much like everyone at GreenLife Homes, Josh is excited to be involved in the building industry and looks forward to impacting future generations.
