My Background
I began my career in Real Estate as a Sales Manager for a small company in May of 2000. I got my Real Estate license in October of that year and started practicing Real Estate immediately. The next few years, I worked diligently at learning our profession and building my business. In September of 2006, I obtained my Brokers license and I continue to learn, work and practice the profession that I love.
Due to the recent changes in our market, I found it necessary to make the time, effort and financial investment needed to obtain the knowledge and expertise to allow me to help the many homeowners who are finding themselves upside down in their homes. I have completed the Certified Distressed Property Expert training and now proudly display the CDPE Designation. In addition, I have also completed the REO/BPO Certified Training Program dealing with the foreclosure market and am a Designated REO Specialist. My passion truly is "to make a positive difference in the lives of others"!
I also attended San Joaquin Delta College for two years majoring in Business and have also taken many additional professional courses and seminars throughout my career. I am a graduate of Leadership Lodi Class 2002 and belong to the Lodi Association of Realtors, California Association of Realtors, National Association of Realtors, Lodi Chamber of Commerce and the Bethel Open Bible Men's Ministry.
My Mission:
I help individuals and families with their various Real Estate needs. I specialize in helping both the first time homebuyer as well as investors. This includes residential, ranchettes, close-in country and income properties. I put my clients interests before my own and focus my attention and efforts on finding exactly what it is they are looking for.
As a CDPE, I can also help those homeowners who find themselves in the most severe financial stress of their lives. Foreclosure can be avoided and damage to credit can be minimized!
