- As a Realtor with Realty One Group, I have the privilege of helping individuals and families with their various Real Estate needs. My Passion is to make a positive difference in the lives of others.
My Background
I began my career in Real Estate as a Sales Manager for a small company in May of 2000. I got my Real Estate license in October of that year and started practicing Real Estate immediately. The next few years, I worked diligently at learning our profession and building my business. In September of 2006, I obtained my California Broker's license.
As of November 2010, I became a licensed Realtor in Nevada and have since relocated to Las Vegas. I am a part of REMAX Excellence and am both anxious and excited to be able to bring my knowledge and expertise to my new client base. I truly look forward to helping individuals and families with all of their Real Estate needs.
Due to the recent changes in our market, I found it necessary to make the time, effort and financial investment needed to obtain the knowledge and expertise to allow me to help the many homeowners who are finding themselves financially upside down in their homes. I have completed the Certified Distressed Property Expert training (CDPE) and the Short Sale & Foreclosure Resource training (SFR) . In addition to those two designations, I have also earned the REO/BPO Certified Training dealing with the foreclosure market and am a Designated REO Specialist. My passion truly is "to make a positive difference in the lives of others"!
I attended San Joaquin Delta College for two years majoring in Business and have also taken many additional professional courses and seminars throughout my career. I am a graduate of the Chamber of Commerce Leadership Lodi Class 2002 and belong to the Greater Las Vegas Association of Realtors, Nevada Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors.
My Mission:
I help individuals and families with their various Real Estate needs. I specialize in helping both the first time homebuyer as well as investors. This includes residential, ranchettes, close-in country and income properties. I put my clients interests before my own and focus my attention and efforts on finding exactly what it is they are looking for.
As both a CDPE and SFR, I can also help those homeowners who are finding themselves in the most severe financial stress of their lives. Remember, foreclosure can be avoided and damage to credit can be minimized!
