A little about me...

I have been in the mortgage industry since 2003. During this time, i have originated mortgage loans, worked on the wholesale side of the business as an account manager, and managed operations for two companies.

My passion is serving my clients, and being able to participate in most often the largest financial transaction of a persons life.

Although the real estate market has taken some dips and dings, it has been a great period for learning and growing in a not so great economy.

I am blessed to be the husband of a lovely wife, and father of three. I am a proud attendee of North Carolina State University, in beautiful Raleigh, NC. I have resided in North Carolina for all of my life, with the exception of 3 years. It is a beautiful place to visit, but a better place to live!

I enjoy triathlon training and racing, firearms, anything out doors, and traveling with family and friends!

My areas of expertise include residential lending for persons interested in buying a first home or for those stepping up to accommodate a growing family.

I also have much experience in the investment property lending arena. I have personally bought, sold, and rented many houses over the past few years. The market is more strict on the investor loans, but there are still some good ones out there.
