  • We met the Munson's in the summer of 2007. We were considering moving, and when we saw a home we were interested in with their sign in front we called. The house was nice, but we weren't quite ready. I told Gregg that we didn't want to be bothered, and he only e-mailed general conditions in Flagstaff about three times that winter.
     
    By spring, we were ready and felt comfortable with Gregg and Debbie. We considered trying FSBO, but with the current market decided otherwise. They advised us on how to prepare the house. The pictures on the website showed the house at its best. It sold in three days.
     
    We now needed a house, and saw many. When we decided on the one, Gregg had ideas that never occurred to us to get the price as low as possible. We always felt comfortable with Gregg and Debbie, and now consider them friends. They did it our way, and provided the needed professional angle.
