Reviews/Testimonials:

* Greg and Robert, Just wanted to say “thank you” to the both of you for all of your hard work during this process of buying a home. Together, we conquered many obstacles through this journey. We couldn’t have done it without you both. Thank you again from the bottom of our hearts. Isaac and I, and our family LOVE our new home. Thank you! - Eun and Isaac Park

* I recently purchased my first home with the help of Greg Lussier. My main concern was to find a home before the 8k tax refund expired. Greg did an amazing job finding mutlipy homes in my area/price range for us to view on every showing. Many of the homes were bank owned but he always had detailed information on them. We put in many offers with no luck due to stubborn sellers. Finally after months of persistence Greg was able to seal the deal on the home of my dreams. It was close to work, in time for the refund, affordable, and had a GARAGE. I couldn"t have been happier with my experience. Purchasing a home can be stressful, but with the right agent that can be minimized, that is why I recommend Greg Lussier. - Justin S.

Unique Luxury Home Marketing

Having represented my clients in the city I live and work, I found that Newcastle's unique and upper end properties where not being afforded the same exposure and treatment that they deserved. In an effort to produce the highest class of service and to construct a unique marketing plan for the buyers and sellers of luxury homes, I have taken the time to fully define and measure, analyze and understand Newcastle's Luxury Home market. My clear focus is delivering innovative and resourceful strategies that help buyers and sellers of luxury homes achieve their goals. I look forward to putting my expertise of the unique and upper end home market to work for you.

Personal:

I have been around the Real Estate industry my entire life. My father, mentor and business partner began his successful career as an Agent in 1988. Over the years I have learned a lot from him and my own personal experiences working with him. I can confidently say that I'm very good at what I do and practice what I preach. I am confident in the services we provide for our clients and thoroughly enjoy what I do on a day to day, Full-Time basis.

Although I was born in Wenatchee WA, I was raised in the local area since the age of 5. As a youth I attended Curtis High School, Tacoma Community College and the University of Washington. During my free time I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, reading business and finance books, hiking, working out at the Coal Creek YMCA, and spending time modeling and photographing the railroad.
