About Us:
I specialize in representing my clients in the purchases and sales of single-family residences and income property within the Greater Cincinnati & Northern Kentucky areas. I keep current of all transactions in these areas, and I'm also very knowledgeable with the local schools.
Gary Rossignol has a wealth of experience in real estate, and is well-known and respected by his peers in the industry. As a full-time practitioner in Greater Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky since 1986, Gary pioneered buyer brokerage in this area, and has also served as a certified instructor for the states of Ohio and Kentucky, giving numerous Realtor continuing education courses over the years.
Voted Realtor/Salesperson of the Year in 1993 by the Cincinnati Area Board of Realtors, Gary Rossignol has been one of the top sales associates for RE/MAX MKR Partners and RE/MAX P&O Company since 1995, and now RE/MAX Unlimited. Gary hosted real estate radio shows for several years on WCKY and Info-Radio 1360, and has been featured in a variety of real estate news articles in local newspapers.

When you first visited with us, you showed us several letters of "thanks" from satisfied sellers. This is not a thank you letter. This is a letter of recognition.
Our home had been on the market for several months and we had already used three realtors in our efforts to sell.
