I got into AR two weeks ago. I have a lot of fun here. But there is something I felt missing: excitement for challenges!
So I decide to start a new group: APFE. Here, I invite everybody who dare to have a big dream even he or she is cash-poored.
No person shall be treated unequally even a poor guy is much welcome here. I want people come up to challenge "the tyranny of status quo". Share us what you have to break the myth: "It takes money to make money." Hopefully, to create a rapid social mobility to lead a poor folk to the front line.
How can we do that? No, I am not crazy enough to ask you be a rebel against the system. I would like to see how you can survive and prosper in it.
The only way, I believe, for a poor folk to move ahead is to get a high quick yield in return for his very limited capital. That's the law of "compound interest" or the principle of "72." Yes, it is a must that we accomplish it in an ethical and legal way. With high morality and don't play around or mess with laws.
No article will be allowed here except those with capital ideas or "mission impossible" to have quick return for a real estate investment, say, at least 50% in a year.
Here we want a real case or practice out of your trial-and-errors for us to learn. If you read too much materials in theory as those RE gurus put in their books or infomercials, please keep them to yourself. If needed, you will be asked to provide us your proof. But we won't release its content without a court order. Certainly you can delete those specific info if you don't feel comfortable to provide them.
All we want is a reality show in realty, no purely preaching please.
