CITY, STATE: TITLE

FORMAT: To post to this group

you should begin your title with the CITY, County, or Region, then the STATE (abbreviated, i.e. NC).

Then add the remaining title. The objective is to draw attention to your specific location and then your pertinent listing or specific market report information.

An example:

Asheville, NC.: The Paris of the South Dec 2007 Market Report or

Buncombe County, NC: 6.36 Beautiful Acres with 3 bed/2 bath

You MAY put the ADDRESS in the Title, but it should go after CITY, STATE:

Only LISTINGS (Realtor/MLS) and MARKET CONDITION REPORTS will be accepted.

Failure to follow this format will result in the removal of the post!

Make the posts as creative as you wish to show off your listing and to inform the reader of your specific area market conditions. You can also use hyper-links to external websites and virtual tours.

By consistently doing this your City and State location will begin to show up in searches on Internet search engines.

Do NOT include: Agent self-promotion, local business promotions, buying/selling advice, rants, personal or company promotions (other than your listings), greetings, general area information, loan or financing info or personal thoughts about something other than your listings or "specific market conditions" reports.

The concept of posting to this group is to identify your location and your listings you want the market to know about, as well as your market conditions reports to keep the consumer educated about your specific market conditions.
