FORMAT: To post to this group

you should consider beginning your title with the CITY, County, or Region, and the STATE (abbreviated, i.e. NC).

Then add the remaining title. The objective is to draw attention to your SPECIFIC market and pertinent listing or specific market conditions report information, not general community info. The key here is SPECIFIC!

An example:

Asheville, NC.: The Paris of the South Dec 2007 Market Report or

Buncombe County, NC: 6.36 Beautiful Acres with 3 bed/2 bath

Only Your LISTINGS (Realtor/MLS) and Specific Location MARKET CONDITION REPORTS will be accepted.

Failure to follow the guidelines will result in removal of the post!

Its about YOUR Listings and Local Trends (Market Conditions) in your Market, NOT general information, national information, solicitation, "How To" or generic and lack-luster MLS search tools!

Be creative. Inform the reader of your specific and current area market conditions and listings. It's about marketing your client's properties and advising about your local market conditions!

By consistently doing this, your City and State location will begin to show up on Internet search engines and be associated with your name.
