Curb Appeal is your first challenge in a competitive market. Steam cleaning driveways, fertilizing and trimming grass, attention to every detail is important. You may get only one chance, if you're lucky, to capture your buyer's attention. You owe it to your seller, and to yourself, to bring them the right recommendations to maximize their property's curb appeal. If you don't have those skills, recommend a good, affordable stager to your seller. Sellers will do better spending money for curb appeal, than reducing their sale price due to lack of curb appeal.
