Fair Oaks California is one of the real gems of Sacramento County, and is beautifully located along the American River, between Folsom and Carmichael. This is a semi-rural community that is surrounded by every amenity and great shopping, while preserving the old-fashioned feel of a friendly, small-town community. The center of Fair Oaks is the Village, in which the famous Fair Oaks chickens wander. In addition to the two parks in the village and a wonderful amphitheater, there are lots of small shops and businesses surrounding the chicken-filled parks. The purpose of this group is to share information about real estate, market reports, community events, and other information of interest to current and potential residents and visitors.
