This is a private group of REALTORS® from across the country that can refer prospective short sale transactions to a REALTOR® in the region that can offer professional expertise in the area. Membership will be by invitation only and limited to those with actual short sale experience and have an on-line presence that will back them up as credible. Blog articles and other websites are acceptable. In this private close knit group we can discuss marketing ideas since there will be not two members from the same area of the country -certainly not the same city. We can also discuss anything that is related to the pre-foreclosure market and how it is evolving.
