Exclusive Buyer's Agent: an agent who represents only buyers and neither accepts listings nor works in an agency which represents sellers or accepts listings (from the GLOSSARY of the 1997 CognaBooks publication BOUGHT, NOT SOLD by Ray Wilson) You DO NOT have to be a member of the National Association of Exclusive Buyer Agents (NAEBA) to be a member of this group. You can be an EBA, or just an agent that wants to keep up to date on what we EBAs talk about amongst ourselves.
