This group is created for those who love to help our senior adults make a new fresh start!! We invite all professionals that work with our aging friends as they make these very difficult home transitions in life. This is a place to gather resources of services that are available and network with each other. This is also a place to share and learn as we support and encourage those that are 55 and over and their families.
