I believe their are "hidden gems " in the rain. One's who pour their heart and soul out in their blog post. They are a steady stream of valuable information but with nearly 73,000 members and new ones joining each day even the best of the post's get lost somewhere in "Rainer Space " I wanted to do something a little different. I wanted to give back to AR because it has given me so much. I wanted to give back to our Readers, Bloggers, Professionals here in the Rain. I wanted to get those post's recognized. The ones that somehow got lost in " Rainer Space ". The ones that have valuable information that can assist even the Veteran Active Rain Member. Maybe a little help for the Active Rain Newbies who are posting their brains out hoping to get noticed. I have learned throughout life and my career that even the "newbie" people who come into our lives in any manner....with freshness and innocence... WE CAN LEARN SOMETHING FROM THEM...and I want to do just that. I want to learn not only from the "seasoned" professional but as well as the "new" one and catch some of "on fire winning attitude" So let's find those "Hidden Gems in the Rain" and introduce them here.
