This site is hopefully an education site in which I invite home inspectors,contractors,tradesmen,and those with any expertise in roofing, exterior ,structure electrical,heating and air conditioning ,plumbing, interior etc: to do something a little unique by educating the public and each other with photos or diagrams of problems with a photo or diagram then a description as in a report.this will not only be good practice but could turn into a wonderful (resource).Lets give it a shot.Be one of the first.
