This group is for those in the "New Tampa" area. New Tampa is a unique area, about 20 miles north of downtown Tampa, that includes portions of both Hillsborough and Pasco Counties. With many master planned communities and unbelievable development and growth after 2000, this market is clearly different then other markets in the Greater Tampa area.
