This short sale and pre-foreclosure assistance group is intended to be a platform for sharing information that will educate real estate professionals and homeowners in the proper techniques of successfully executing a short sell transaction. There are far too many homes going to foreclosure unnecessarily because many real estate agents and consumers are not properly educated in the basics of a short sale negotiation. Please invite your colleagues to join this group and participate. If you personally know a loss mitigation specialist who is actively working with a major lending institution, please encourage them to join this group and share as much as they can. If they need to remain anonymous for employment reasons, we certainly understand. We also encourage you to share any marketing strategies that you may use to generate short sell leads.
