Credit Card Revolt
Bgpic04102009011248_l Our Motto is, "We Don't Need Your Stinkin' Credit Cards!" The purpose of this group is to galvanize a movement to fight back at the injustices perptuated by the major credit card companies. Many of us feel powerless to fight back. Well, we are going to change that, starting NOW! It may seem far fetched, but I believe that if each one of us, individually, begins fighting back, the credit card companies can be put at our mercy, instead of the way things currently are. Remember, whoever has the money, has the power. The credit card companies have seduced us into depending upon them. They have sold us on the idea of the cashless society; the glamour of Gold, Platinum and Titanium Credit Cards. We havebecome indebted to them, and given them power over our lives. Now the credit card companies have unmasked themselves and revealed their true nature. Ravaging us with arbitrary limit reductions, interest rate hikes, and a could not care less attitude about the havoc they wreak on the fabric of our society. FICO scores determine our fate, and are determined largely, if not primarily, by the credit card industry. We are going to change that, one indivdual at a time. We are starting a revolution. Join us! We all have stories about how credit card companies have abused us. Share them here. Some of us have stories of success in dealing with the injustices; please share them here too. Join us, and share thoughts, ideas and plans of action to fight back against the oppresion of the credit card companies. There is power in numbers. We are going to create a movement to get America, and perhaps the world, to eliminate the use of credit cards, until we bring the companies to their knees, as they have done to so many of us! The fight will not be easy, and the battle will be long. But our cause is just! Viva la Revolucion!
