The purpose of this group is to have a support system for those who are interested in losing some weight, eating healthier and exercising a bit more. We can cheer each other on with our accomplishments, and help those who are having a difficult time staying on track. I think it will be great fun................sort of an AA for AR members, but this is about food, not alcohol.
No Guidelines, no rules, anything goes, you can participate as much as you'd like or just drop by and say hi from time to time. Be supportive of those participating.
