I have noticed that only about 5% or less of the ActiveRain members are really active on ActiveRain at any time. Those agents and other members are usually the featured members in their county and community and usually rank in the top 25 for their state. This group is for you that have reached 30,000 points, so we can share our secrets and techniques to keep us on top of the charts. Obviously this increases exposure so we get more listings and sales. That is the name of the game. We are diversivied and have already achieved a level where others are not apt to overcome us, so local competition should not be a problem.
