About Greg
I'm a certified home inspector and thermographer. I grew up in a construction family in Northeastern Pennyslvania working with my dad learning a trade. I joined the military to serve my country and after a successful career, I'm eager to continue my service to you and our community as a premier inspector. I am InterNACHI certified, with 8 years of direct experience, not including my earlier years in the family business. I've recently retired from the USAF as a Lt Col and U-2 Pilot. You may ask, "Why not the airlines?" My answer is simple--I've spent 26 years on the road, flying combat missions and missing my children growing up. I miss seeing our world from above 70,000 feet, but I'm staying home now doing what I love--Home Inspections. Life is good and I'm enjoying it with my family.
What my clients receive is a critical third-party inspection. After 26 years in the military you can bet I'm very detail-oriented, and provide timely reports; within 24 hours of the inspection my clients have a detailed report, emailed report, and if desired a CD containing all my digital pictures of their property in addition to the report. I work on weekends and most holidays in order to meet my client's needs. I inspect my client's home as if I were going to buy it. Expect a very detailed report.
