We are a Central Florida based Mortgage Bank with the advantage of being able to underwrite and close our own loans or Broker to the best fit for any situation. That flexibility, and our personal touch, sets us apart from our competition.

I specialize in purchase loans and first time buyer financing with over 28 years of mortgage finance experience. I'm loving this market as it allows buyers who have been priced out of owning a home the renewed ability to buy. Please feel free to contact me regarding any questions on Conventional, FHA, VA, USDA/RD financing. I am required to tell you I am not acting on behalf of HUD/FHA. I'm a lender that knows their (and other) program(s) really well :)

While others in the industry were writing subprime and alternative loans, I was still focused on FHA, VA and USDA financing. It's this experience, and my sincere drive to help my customers, that sets me apart from the many lenders who have recently jumped on the government loan bandwagon. Also many lenders are focusing on the refinance boom. If you are purchasing a home you need someone that is experienced and familiar with the various differences in today's purchase contracts. Inexperience will only bring you surprises at closing!

What I like about Gerry is that he really takes the time to understand what the customer needs.  Also, once the contract is signed he keeps the deal moving forward until it's closed.  In today's challenging market it's important to work with a lender who will attend to all the details.  It's the details that determine if the deal will actually close.   The last loan closed by Gerry presented us with challenges from the Seller, Buyer and the property itself.  Gerry and his team coordinated all of the parties and closed the deal after another lender had failed at the last moment.  The seller had problems with a pre-payment penalty, the buyer had marginal income and the property had some survey issues.  All of these problems were resolved due to the skill, care and diligence of Gerry and his team.  Thanks Gerry.
