About Us:
BlueRoof is a company founded on the principles of empowering the consumer, increasing their value proposition, and shaking things up a bit while we have fun helping people.
There are a lot of dinosaurs in the real estate industry. Affectionately, these are the big, strong brokerages and broker/agents that will become extinct unless they evolve. Mother nature kills off species who refuse to evolve to make room for the newer, more dynamic breeds.
There is room in the business for everyone- all different models, commission rates, and types of people. Exept those crappy Realtors who don't answer their phones or return calls- they all need to get out of the business as soon as possible.
Areas of Expertise:
We specialize in the utilization of technolgy to empower the consumer, representing people without holding them hostage by our agency agreements, and increasing the value proposition for the consumer.
And we help people buy and sell homes along the Wasatch Front- from Ogden to Provo, Salt Lake City, ParkCity to Tooele, and (most) everywhere in between.
Most of the agents in the company are very very good-looking and some can run fairly fast. A few have kids, some can drink you under the table, and we all care very deeply about our clients and the direction the industry is going.
