I've been a loan officer in the mortgage industry for 13 years. I originate mortgage loans through Conventional, FHA, VA and USDA financing in the state of North Carolina. Buyers and Sellers like working with me because I'm honest, straightforward and hardworking striving to give them above and beyond customer service. My business is based on strictly referrals from past clients and realtors that have been extremely happy with my services thoughout the years. Realtors are extremely happy with my services because I'm upfront and honest with them. I get the job done and always keeping them informed thoughout the process of their clients mortgage financing. I attend most of the settlements to be there for my clients to answer any questions that they may have and also making sure that everything is going smooth. I have my mortgage brokers license in the states of North Carolina and Maryland. I'm also certified to do North Carolina State Housing Agency loans.

I've been married for 13 years and have 2 wonderful children. When I'm not working, I'm very active with my church singing in our church choir.

My areas of expertise is working with both first time homebuyers and buyers that are upgrading to a larger home. I help first time homebuyers with the right financing that tailors their needs with our low downpayment programs such as FHA, USDA and Down Payment Assistance programs. When I sit down with first time homebuyers, I help them understand the mortgage process and answer questions helping them feel comfortable about the financing of a home. I help previous homeowners get the financing that they are looking for when they upgrade to a larger home by offering different programs that tailor their needs. I also specialize helping people save money and obtain lower interest rates by refinancing their homes.
