About Us:
With over twenty years of experience in the industry which includes 10 years in management of two banks, 4 years as Sales and Marketing Manager for one of the largest single and multi-family builders in Snohomish County and Licensed Real Estate Agent since 1995. My understanding of the real estate process is clearly reflected in all aspects of your real estate transaction. As your primary contact during the course of your escrow, I will be assisting you with inspections, tracking time lines, coordinating with your lender and the final close of escrow. My dedication to the client and persistence help to make all of the aspects of your transaction flow as smoothly as possible. I have a vast knowledge and an uncanny ability to solve problems while remaining calm and focused on the task. With client service as her first priority, I provide the quality of service and professional assistance that our clients can depend on.
Areas of Expertise
Transaction Services, New construction Transaction Services. Over 14 year as a licensed Real Estate agent with 14 years of adminstraction skills in homes sales, new consrtuction, escrow, title and lending.
My fee for this sevice is $450.00 per Transaction, which get paid through escrow at the time of closing. My duties as your transaction coordinator are:
· Update NWMLS
· Coordinate key exchange
· Fax P&S with cover sheet to your office
· Mail to your client and you important date letter
· Coordinate inspection, help facilitate work orders.
· Process transaction form mutual acceptance to closing.
· Update and review title and HUD Settlement statement
· Deliver and coordinate with lender, escrow title and your client
· Prepare Addendums, if necessary and forward to needed parties
· Update you via email/voice mail on a weekly update on status of files
· We take calls from lender, escrow, title and your client to free up your time.
